About

Celeriq[sǝ’lerik] n., adj. Minimizing the time lag between thought and action, from the Latin celeris, meaning fast, rapid and IQ, intelligence quotient.

Celeriq is all about high velocity operations performance.  Simply put, this means that to perform optimally an organization needs to balance supply and demand at the highest possible rate of flow of information, products and services, and money from the supplier to the customer.  Such operations are known as lean, or synchronous, and rely on high velocity supply chains to meet market demand.

Mission

Identify, synthesize and disseminate knowledge of latest trends in synchronous, high-velocity supply chains.

Vision

CeleriqDotOrg is aimed at becoming a forum for sharing knowledge of advanced concepts and practices in the operations arena.  This includes high-velocity operations, change management, Lean supply chain processes, and enabling technologies.
